Listed under the header was a list of 18 different employee benefits, which included a positive and fun working environment, a 13th-month annual bonus, hospitalisation insurance and clinic visits, a birthday bonus, seasonal holiday gifts, and even free bubble tea and ramen while working. The job is part-time, and employees can earn from S$10 to S$14 an hour.

The poster stipulates in smaller letters, “Probation period applies”.

While some did not want to be naive and therefore countered the job offer with additional clarifications regarding the fine print, such as the length of the probation period, others were drawn in by the free bubble tea and ramen as well as the other benefits.

One user commented, “Really shows you that you don’t need to expand at the expense of your workers’ mental and physical health”.
